Ahh…don’t you just love Fridays! They are the perfect excuse to take an hour off of work to pamper yourself, but the pampering does not have to be expensive or super time-consuming. To prove it, I did just that. I took some time out of my busy schedule today to shop at Pier One for some little goodies to kick off the weekend…AND GUESS WHAT?! Each item in the photo above was UNDER FIVE BUCKS. Now, if that is not a good reason to do a happy dance, I don’t know what is *wink*

These cutesy Fortune Stickies were only $1.98! So lovely and a little funny too *wink*

I, of course, had to pick up this note pad because it says “fabulous” *wink* AND it was only $3.98…whoo hoo!

Last but not least, I actually picked up a pampering item *wink* A spa eye mask for $3.95. It is chilling in my fridge now so that I can relax with it after posting this blog *wink*

Yesterday, I attended freshman orientation at Northeast State Community College in Blountville, Tennessee, and it was absolutely amazing! I got my fall term schedule…my student ID…and a microwave from my mom and dad for tackling orientation sans parents.

The Northeast State Blountville campus is so beautiful and full of wonderful professors + it has a killer Mass Communications and Theater department…the more I talk about it, the more excited I become. Whoo hoo–E! News or Vogue here I come *wink*
