Boy, my motor won’t even turn…..” Man….the Blues is just some amazing music with an interesting history! One of my favorite Blues singers is Lightnin’ Hopkins-that man could sing, buddy! If you don’t listen to the Blues, you should really start…it’s such a relaxing style of music not like all this new fangled techno stuff people are listening to these days…now I sound like my grandparents…Oh, help me… haha;)

I have recently been reading Walden by Thoreau….it is both thought provoking and inspiring!

VIP Recommendation:

• read the masterpiece Walden because it will encourage you to cleanse your closet and cleanse your soul!

Walden, The Blues, and denim…could it get any better! After reading Walden, I was inspired to share how much the captivating words of Thoreau affected me! It brought forth the idea of my last blog, “Cleanse the Closet, Cleanse the Soul” and the idea for this blog, “Oh, Mighty Blues and Solitude”.

VIP TIP:

• Denim is one of those pieces that never goes out of style…like the little black dress! Every girl should own at least one pair of superbly fabulous blue jeans and a statement denim jacket or vest!
