Project Runway: Season 12 Finale Part One

Hello, my fabulouses, and welcome to the VIP’s Project Runway Season 12 Finale Part One blog. Oh, I cannot wait to see who wins the big prize at NYFW! I am cheering for Dom and Justin! They are my favorite remaining designers.

On the Project Runway Season 12 Episode 13 episode, designers Alexandria, Helen, and Justin battled it out to see which of them would gain the opportunity to show at New York Fashion Week.

With a $9,000 spending budget and six weeks to create nine conventional looks and one unconventional garment, the designers put their creativity to the test. When it came time for the three designers to showcase their top three looks to the judges, everyone was confident with their collections.

Justin DOMINATED the runway with his chic looks inspired by soundwaves. He truly blew me away with his unconvientional material gown…it looked like something a celeb would wear to the Grammys! FAB-U-LOUS! I cannot wait to see what Justin brings to NYFW on the final episode.

Alexandria ruled the runway with her very modern and relaxed collection that Heidi Klum loved, and she was given a pass to show at NYFW. Good luck, Alexandria! I am excited to see what you will be bringing to the runway.

Designer Helen was eliminated during this challenge; however, she has proved herself as a talented designer on the show through her minimalistic hipster clothing vibe. Helen Castillo is a very artistic designer who I see doing shows in the future. Keep up the fabulous work, designer Helen!

Designers Dom, Justin, Braden, and Alexandria will now compete to see who will be crowned the Season 12 winner of Project Runway…Oh, I am on the edge of my seat ready to see each designer’s full collection! Stay tuned to the VIP blog for a finale recap next week.

Stay Fabulous,

Abby Hathorn
