There is no denying the fact that I have a humongous purse addiction. From Rebecca Minkoff and Michael Kors to vintage and thrift store finds–I do not discriminate when it comes to fabulous bags *wink*

One thing that always attracts me in bigger stores is the purse department because there are so many different brands and styles and colors! At the Gabe’s in Johnson City, I found so many purses I liked that it was hard to choose just one. BUT–when I stumbled upon this Isaac Mizrahi handbag and saw that it was only $49 (originally over $300), I JUST KNEW I HAD TO HAVE IT! Goodness gracious–how could I turn down such a fabulous deal on a classic, black leather handbag? *wink* Take a look at the purse below!

Now, here are some super quick VIP shopping tips to help YOU find your perfect handbag for the perfect price!

1. Shop outlet or discount stores. The only trick to this tip is to make sure the bag is in good condition before purchasing. Check out nicks in fabrics or scratches in leather. Also, keep in mind that outlet and discount stores typically carry handbags that are a season behind, so spring for classic bags if you are looking for a bag that will transcend the seasons and years.

2. Search online. If you find a handbag for a great discount but you aren’t sure about the name brand–Google it! Compare prices on other sites and even read reviews before swiping your plastic money *wink*

3. Learn to be thrifty. I cannot tell you how  many wonderful handbags (vintage and modern) I have found at Goodwill and local thrift stores! So, take an afternoon and go on a thrifting trip to see what kind of lovelies you can find!
