What’s that? Is the VIP wearing a t-shirt? *GASP* Yes–I can be casual…well, sort of casual *wink* 

While out and about in Johnson City, I stopped by a boutique called Rumors where I found the mother-load of Laura James *happy dance* I have not seen a lot of cutsey Southern apparel since moving to Northeast Tennessee; however, Rumors makes my Southern Belle heart sing ♥
