Today…it feels like spring has taken a spring break and left us with cold, windy, wintry weather…yuck. So, for this week’s Weekly Whistle outfit, I decided to embrace the chilly air with knee high socks and a hand knitted slouchy hat by Stephanie Grantham of Sparkle Cat Studio. (P.S.
