Woo hoo–it’s Wednesday, and I am so excited because I have been waiting for what feels like forever to show off this marvelous frock from Molly Green located in Birmingham, Alabama!
Molly Green is one of my favorite, locally-owned boutiques in Birmingham because it has a great blend of trendy items and classic pieces. Not only are the clothes and store super cute, but the customer service is always on point! If you are in or around the Birmingham area, be sure to stop by Molly Green boutique at the Riverchase Galleria Mall. BUT if you cannot wait for a trip to The Magi City, you can shop online here :) For more info, check out Molly Green on FB here.
Now, without further ado, let’s take a look at this week’s Weekly Whistle + details!
Hello, fabulouses, and welcome to the first ever Three Ways to Wear Thursday! Whoo hoo!
To kick off the first TWTWT (funny how that worked out to be a pattern *giggle*), I decided to style three different looks with one of my favorite skirts EVER–my floral coral skirt from Molly Green Boutique in Birmingham, Alabama.
So…how many different ways can you really wear a statement-worthy skirt like this floral coral one? More times than I can count–no, really! I have worn this particular skirt several, several times on the blog in the past…click here to see…and right NOW I am going to show y’all three NEW ways to wear it. Ahh! How fabulous is that?!
Do you have a favorite skirt? If so, where did you get it? Give the VIP all the details–comment on this blog post or post a picture + caption to the VIP Facebook page here. I cannot wait to see what fabulous skirts y’all will share!
Happy Friday, y’all! Also…happy birthday to my mom–the coolest mom EVER *wink*
I am going to keep this week’s Frugal Friday brief because I still have yet to make my mom’s gluten-free brownie cake–as she requested–and I have to rest up for the Kingsport Art Crawl tomorrow! Oh, goodness….what shall I wear?!
I digress…This week’s Frugal Friday is all about an outfit I created by shopping in my own closet–take a look:
Blouse: Deep South Pout (click here to see other ways I’ve worn this dime of a top *wink*)
Skirt: Molly Green Boutique (click here to see other ways I’ve worn this fabulously floral frock)
Heels: BCBG (These were actually my mom’s shoes–she bought them several years ago–it’s safe to say these heels were a classic buy *wink*)
While shopping at Sephora in Johnson City, I picked up a lip gloss for the slamming price of $1.99–now, that’s a frugal buy! To make it even better–it’s universal pink…my favorite *wink*
Stay tuned to Beauty Tues in the coming weeks to find out the other awesome things I purchased + mini tutorials! Yay!
Now, readers, I am off to make gluten-free brownie cake in celebration of my mom’s 20th birthday *wink*
The Breakfast Club, floral skirts, and my Giant Schnauzer are three things I truly adore…and what do you know?! All of those things are featured on today’s outfit in action! Whoo hoo! (P.S. It was not the easiest thing in the world getting Ziva to model with me *wink*)
Hello, fabulouses, and welcome back to the blog for another outfit in action! Whoo Hoo!
Today, I stopped by South Boutique (Trussville, AL) to do a little shopping and to say congrats on the one year anniversary. Not only was there delicious cake, but also a fabulous handmade jewelry artisan–Krista Lovelady of KristaLize jewelry was there with her sweet gems! South has a wonderful variety of cute clothes and home decor–so cute that I had a hard time deciding on what to get! Finally after lots of chit chatting with my mom and thinking about things in my closet, I decided on a skirt and shirt from South and a super fabulous necklace from KristaLize. Sh…I am going to keep the goodies I got on the down low for now…Y’all will have to stay tuned to the blog to find out more *wink*
Now, before I spill the awesome beans on the cool stuff I got, let’s take a look at the details of today’s outfit in action!
