AHH! Check out this super, super, SUPER cute dress from Shellz in Jonesborough, Tennessee! I stopped by the downtown shop over the weekend in search of the perfect Fourth of July ensemble and TAH DAH–stumbled upon this red, white, and blue beauty *wink* I love the sweet baby doll style, bow detail, and the fact that I can wear it after the Fourth of July without looking like a flag *wink*

So, without further ado, let’s get our Independence Day on with this week’s Weekly Whistle outfit details! Yay!

Woo hoo! It is Weekly Whistle time on VIP, and y’all know what that means–it is time to see the VIP’s outfit of the week!

I picked up this precious new outfit from a little boutique in Jonesborough, Tennessee called Shellz. In addition to their fabulous clothes and great prices, the customer service was 5 stars! Oh, this fashionista will definitely be shopping at Shellz in Jonesborough or Johnson City again!
