Even though I am not beaching-it-up on the Carolina coast or Gulf Shores like a lot of my friends, that doesn’t mean I cannot channel my inner boho beach babe with this week’s Weekly Whistle!
Since I can’t make it to the beach, I am embracing some true beach vibes with coral and turquoise! So, join me as I daydream about sitting in the sand while listening to Kenny Chesney with this week’s Miami-inspired outfit of the week♥

Long before I became “the VIP”, I was pulling items from my closet and styling pieces multiple ways to give the impression that I “never wore the same thing twice”. I didn’t want my style to be trendy and disposable–I wanted it to be classy and reusable. Sure–I bought trendy/seasonal items that I later donated to the local Salvation Army, but I did not and never have “re-wardrobed” my closet after each season.
I was always taught when you get something new, you donate or give away something else…but that it isn’t always easy for a clothes hoarder like myself *wink* So, I try to invest in really cool wardrobe pieces, and before purchasing, I ask myself, “Can I wear this more than one way? What about three ways?”. And thus…VIP Three Ways to Wear was born *wink*
For a little Throwback Thursday action, check out the VIP’s first Three Ways to Wear posthere from February 2012 *gasp* That was such a long time ago…and man, was my hair long!
Now, without further ado, take a look at this week’s TWTWT to see how I styled the vintage gem fromyesterday’s post.
Hello, hello, hello, my fantastically fabulous fashionistas! I will throw in a personal testimony for all of my blonde readers out there!
