Goodness gracious–I did not think this Thursday would ever get here *wink*

Oh…I have been excitedly waiting to share these fabulous and FUN “neon blues” outfits with y’all since the VIP Team and I snapped the photos a few days ago! Now…I hope y’all love the outfits + photos because I did not hang from a tree “just for fun”! Okay…so, maybe I did do it just for fun…and maybe I didn’t *wink*

This week’s TWTWT was inspired by my Summer Must-Have list that I posted yesterday to Weekly Whistle. Recently, I purchased this neon pink top and fabulously-structured blue skirt from Express during a HUGE sale. Originally, when I purchased these two pieces, I did not think about wearing them together because I was a little hesitant about being “too bright”…BUT when I put them in my closet and saw the skirt + blouse side by side, I reminded myself that a girl can never be too colorful, happy and bright *wink*
